Aqua Party
An extraordinary birthday party!
Give your child an unforgettable birthday party accompanied by his/her friends. There is a room available for the group for a period of 90 minutes before or after the swimming period. The party is for a period of two and one-half hours.

Lifesaving Society courses
We offer courses approved by the Lifesaving Society (lifeguard) and the Canadian Red Cross (swimming instructor). Here are the requirements and a list of upcoming courses.

Adapted aquaforme course
Exercise program in the pool for persons with particular needs (physical limitations) It combines muscular activities, aerobics, flexibility and relaxation exercises.
Schedule: Wednesdays from 13:00 to 14:00
Cost: 65$/10 courses or 35$/ 5 courses* Payable at the first session

Register your children now for a unique experience. Our trainers are certified by the Fédération de natation du Québec.
Beginners (ages 6 and over)
Schedule: A minimum of 2 sessions per week is required to progress.
Time: 17:00 to 18:30 throughout the week (Schedule to be confirmed in September)
Advanced
Intensive group training, competition optional
Schedule: 3 to 5 times per week from 17:00 to 19:00, possibility of additional sessions
Duration: September to June
Cost: Determined according to the number of hours per week. There will be a free trial period of two weeks to give new swimmers an opportunity to discover this sport.
